How does the 6 week rolling programme work?


The programme is made up of six weekly classes that provides students with a strong foundation upon which to build a regular Yoga practice. 


The price of the course is £40.00 inclusive of 6 consecutive classes on Wednesdays 18:30-19:30 in the Northern Quarter.

Mats and equipment are provided, you don't need to bring anything just show up! 


What will the course cover?


The six classes will cover the fundamental foundational poses of six key movements of the body; 

Standing poses, Forward bends, Back bends, Shoulder opening, Hip opening and Twists.

These elements will be combined and built into flowing sequences to improve strength, develop flexibility and bring calm to the mind.
